What we collect

When you submit the application/contact form, we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone/WhatsApp, goals and any information you choose to share) in order to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver coaching services.

Cookies & analytics

We only load analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing pixels (Meta Pixel) after you actively accept them via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. If you decline, only strictly necessary cookies are used.

How we use your data

To respond to enquiries, deliver and manage coaching services, send you relevant updates about your coaching (if you are a client), and, with your consent, for basic analytics to understand how the site is used.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. Client training and nutrition data is stored in Trainerize under their own privacy policy. We use standard tools (e.g. email, scheduling and analytics providers) solely to operate this business.
