About
Hi, I'm Kaisa.
I'm an online fitness coach originally from Estonia, now based in Marbella, Spain, working with busy people all over the world. My job is simple: help you get fit, strong and healthy in a way that actually fits your life, and finally makes it stick.

My story
Why I actually do this
Sixteen years ago, I started my own journey toward better health. I was struggling with excess weight and health issues I didn't know how to fix, and I found my way through it by learning, training and a lot of hard work, eventually building a body and a level of strength I'm genuinely proud of. That process pulled me further in than I expected: into competitive bodybuilding and strength sport, and into formal study, first a personal training and fitness qualification, later a degree in health sciences.
That personal experience is the real reason I coach. Losing the weight myself, building strength in the gym, learning how nutrition actually works, and competing, all of it taught me what it takes to change, and what it doesn't take (which is usually far less extreme than people assume). I became a coach to help other people get back their confidence, energy, strength and routine the same way I did, without having to figure it all out alone.
Whether you're a founder juggling a growing business, an expat settling into life on the coast, or a professional who's tried everything and is tired of starting over, my promise is the same: I'll meet you where you are, and we'll build from there, together.
“I don't believe in crash diets or unrealistic plans. I help people build habits they can actually keep.”

Honestly
What frustrates me about this industry
The fitness industry's obsession with appearance fosters an unhealthy relationship with the body, for clients and for trainers themselves. Social media's highlight-reel version of fitness sets expectations nobody can sustainably meet. And there's no shortage of confident-sounding advice from people with no real competence behind it, alongside constant marketing of quick fixes and miracle diets that were never built to last.
Coaching is emotional work too, not just programming. You're closely involved in someone's self-esteem and personal life, which is a real weight to carry responsibly. And the pressure to constantly market and "brand" yourself doesn't come naturally to every coach, myself included.
Even so, I chose this work with my heart, and I wouldn't trade it. I've put an enormous amount of time, energy and money into getting here, probably more than I should have, but I love the work, and I love my clients.
Qualifications
Coaching backed by real qualifications
Experience matters, but it should be paired with proper education. Here's what stands behind every plan I write.
BSc, Health Promotion (Health Sciences)
A Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, giving every recommendation a grounding in evidence-based health science.
Certified Personal Trainer
Officially certified in bodybuilding & fitness coaching, and in aerobic & group training.
IFBB Nordic Academy Nutrition Advisor
Qualified Nutrition Advisor through the IFBB Nordic Academy, adding formal nutrition science to hands-on coaching experience.
12+ years of coaching experience
Over a decade of hands-on coaching, working with clients on real, sustainable transformations, not quick fixes.
What I stand for
My coaching principles
Evidence over hype
Every recommendation is grounded in what actually works, not the latest fad, detox or miracle promise.
You, specifically
No copy-paste plans. Your programme is built around your body, goals, schedule and preferences.
Supportive, never shaming
This is a partnership. I celebrate your wins, help you through the tough weeks and keep it human.
Sustainable by design
If you can't picture doing it in a year, it's the wrong plan. We build only what you can keep.
Habits over willpower
Motivation fades. Systems don't. We engineer routines so consistency stops relying on how you feel.
Honest expectations
No unrealistic promises. Just steady, meaningful progress and a coach who tells you the truth.

Estonia & Spain
Rooted on the coast, coaching the world
I'm originally from Estonia, now based on the coast in Marbella, Spain, which draws ambitious, international people who work hard and want to feel their best. It's where I offer a small number of private, in-person sessions around El Paraiso and Nueva Andalucía.
When I'm back in Estonia, I also train private clients in Viimsi and at Rotermanni Golden Club. Wherever I am, great coaching isn't limited by geography, through Trainerize and weekly check-ins, I coach clients across time zones with the same personal attention as if we were training side by side.
