Services

Fit by Kaisa Gutman provides online fitness and nutrition coaching, and private in-person personal training around El Paraiso, Marbella. Coaching is educational and motivational in nature and is not a substitute for medical advice.

Health disclaimer

You confirm you are in suitable health to undertake an exercise and nutrition program, and that you will consult a doctor before starting if you have any medical condition, injury, or concern. Coaching is provided in support of, not instead of, medical advice.

Payments & cancellation

Online coaching is paid upfront for the full program (€329 for 3 months, or €629 for 6 months). Personal training sessions in Marbella are paid per session (€50) or as a pre-paid package. Payments are non-refundable once coaching has started, since programming and check-in time is committed from day one. If you need to pause (e.g. injury, travel, personal circumstances), contact info@fitbykaisa.eu and we'll agree a fair extension where possible.

This reflects our current pricing and policy; confirm it matches your actual practice before publishing, and update it if your terms change.

Results

Results vary between individuals and depend on consistency, starting point, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results.
